Location : Whisper boards in front of the Santa Barbara Maritime Musuem (in the harbor).
Accessibility: Unfortunately, our boats do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices. Due to the various levels with ramps, steps, and thresholds it may be unsuitable for some people with atypical mobility. If anyone in your group requires assistance from others or any special equipment, please call (805) 465-6676 to discuss our options.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available for cancellations that are made up to (1) week before the scheduled departure time (subject to -10% cancellation fee, online booking fees are not returned). -Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than (1) week before the scheduled departure time. There are no refunds or rebooking for late arrival/no-show.

For boarding, Whisper is stationed at the Santa Barbara Harbor. Although boats don’t have specific addresses, the Maritime Museum’s 113 Harbor Way address will guide you directly to the boarding location. Look for the prominent “Whisper Boards Here” sign on the dock below!
